Ds4.10r03.sys Current
Release (for updating w/CF card)
(dated 9/2007)
Dsb.sys Current Release V4.10 R03 (for updating w/floppy disk)
(dated 9/2007)
New Features - 9/2007
- Reduces D03 and D07 machine stoppages
- Corrects problem with machine sewing in place from CF Drive Mode
New Features - 1/2007
- Several changes for improved operation on HL/LHZ lock stitch zig-zag machines.
- Support for machines equipped with APFHA device (factory installed)
- Corrected automatic lockup problem when loading design from CF card, or when CF card inserted or removed from automat.
- Corrected problem in MC 16: "S. Frame" parameter for spectacle frame operation
New Features - 6/2006
- This software allows the machine to read larger CF cards, up to 2G capacity. Note
that system software can only be loaded on a FAT16 CF card.
-
Folder capacity is increased to 100 designs per folder.
New Features - 1/11/06
- Improved Error Messages
- Improved CF Card control
- Better Network operation
- Added FDR-2 floppy disk format for Chenille Machines
New Features - 12/9/05
- Automat will automatically delete un-used .bmps files on the
CF card. So when you read a folder on a CF card, any .bmps not
associated with a design in the folder, will be deleted. This
should resolve some of the issues with customers not doing this
manually as needed.
- Added faster Baud rates for COM-In, and ABC mode. When you
use COM/ABC mode, there is an additional "+" Icon on the menu.
Pressing the "+" Icon changes the BAUD rate as indicated on this
screen. It is recommended to use a speed of 57600 as a maximum.
This speed is 6 times faster than the standard 9600 BAUD rate.
Notes:
A. Make sure the software (TES) is set to send at the same BAUD
rate as the machine, or it will not work. If COM/ABC doesn't
work, make sure to check the speed on the Machine and the
Software. This can be an issue now with this new software.
B. To take full use of these new, faster speeds with TES,
make sure to change the HandShake_Stop setting in TES. See these
instructions. If these
instructions are not followed, the speed will not increase that
much.
- Bar Code Scanner can be used as a shortcut for
making "Program" changes, such as, "Rotate" and "Cap Frame"
parameter. This feature only works with newer Automats
with the Bar code scanner port. With this feature, the operator
can print certain bar codes and kept them handy for scanning in
the "Program" commands, instead of pressing the buttons on the
Automat manually.
New Features 7/19/2005
- When downloading designs to a machine using the COM port,
designs can be loaded directly to the CF card by selecting and
highlighting CF Drive Icon in the COM menu. This new feature allows
you to download designs bigger than 65,000 stitches. This is like a
memory upgrade for the machine.
- You can now copy .dst and .dsb files directly to the CF card, and
the machine can read them. Make a design folder on the CF card with
a .TFD extension. Then you copy the .dst/.dsb files into it.
BEDT Software
This software should be copied to a CF card for updating your Barudan
single head Elite models:
- BEDT-ZN-101 Elite Jr

power-on.
Software should update automatically and may take a few minutes to
complete. Once it stops and the seek origin screen appears, the machine
is ready to go.
